There is no clear date as to when the tournament will restart, and the safety of Indian as well as foreign players is a big concern. To add to that, even if the IPL resumes, the availability of players could pose a challenge too.

While UAE could have been a potential option to play rest of the IPL 2025 matches, it seems the PSL 10 is already going to take place there. Nonetheless, former England skipper Michael Vaughan, with his fresh tweet has made sense. ON X, he suggested, the BCCI should consider England as the potential venue to complete rest of the matches.
“I wonder if it’s possible to finish the IPL in the UK.. We have all the venues and the Indian players can then stay on for the Test series .. Just a thought ?”
Could Remainder of Matches Take Place in UK?
Even though the possibility of this is next to none, but then eventually, the BCCI has to take the final call. Meanwhile, it must be reminded to all, that the before the India vs England Test series commences on June 20, the India A team is also scheduled to tour England before that. SO hosting the remainder of the IPL in England might not be a bad idea, after all.
Meanwhile, the last IPL clash between PBKS and DC was abruptly called off due to security reasons. This happened when the 11th over of the first innings was being bowled.
